Terms & Conditions
Using this storefront
Testoko presents a product collection and links to the seller’s Etsy shop. Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse other people’s information.
Product information
Descriptions, images, availability and prices are provided for browsing and may change. Currency conversions, when shown, are estimates. Check the current listing and final price on Etsy before buying. Displaying a product here does not reserve it or confirm an order.
Purchases and seller policies
Purchases reached through Etsy links are completed on Etsy, not on this storefront. Review Etsy’s applicable terms and the seller’s listing and shop policies, including delivery, returns, cancellations and any digital-item restrictions. These website terms do not replace those policies or remove statutory consumer rights.
Content and intellectual property
Store names, photographs, product descriptions and other content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Viewing this storefront does not grant permission to reproduce content or use trademarks beyond what applicable law permits.
External services
Links to Etsy and other services lead to independently operated websites with their own terms. Review those terms before providing information or making a purchase.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable efforts are made to present a working storefront, but uninterrupted access and error-free information cannot be guaranteed. If information appears incorrect, confirm it with the seller before relying on it.
Responsibility for loss depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections or excuses fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot be limited.
Questions and changes
Contact the seller through the linked Etsy shop about products, orders or these terms. Updated website terms will be identified by the revision date. Changes do not override rights that already apply to a purchase.
